Return Policy

At Décisif, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the possibility to return the product under certain conditions. Please read our return policy carefully before contacting us.

1. General Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused, in its original condition, with no signs of damage or opening.
    • Returned in its original intact packaging, accompanied by all original documents.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are at your expense. We do not provide a prepaid return label.

3. Refunds

  • Once the product is returned, we will notify you of its acceptance or rejection by email.
  • If the return is approved:
    • The refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
    • Refund processing may take up to 7 business days after receipt and validation of the returned product.
  • Important note: Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Defective Items or Order Errors

If you discover a defective product or one that does not match your order:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing:
    • A clear description of the problem.
    • Photos of the product and packaging.
  2. After verification, we will proceed with one of the following solutions:
    • A full refund, including initial shipping costs.
    • A free replacement (only in the case of an error or defect).

5. Exceptions

No returns will be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, opened or damaged by the customer.
  • Return requests made after the 14-day allowed period.
